FAQ
Questions buyers actually ask.
Do you sell hardware directly, or only complete systems?+
Both. Every product in the catalog can be purchased on its own through an inquiry, but most customers engage us for integrated systems: we design the bill of materials, assemble and burn-in test the build, then deliver and install it as a working unit.
How does purchasing work if there's no shopping cart?+
Enterprise infrastructure isn't a cart purchase. Submit an inquiry on any product page — or through Get Started — and an Ironline engineer responds within one business day with configuration questions, firm pricing, and lead times. From there we move to a formal quote.
What does installation include?+
Our own field engineers handle site placement, power connection, network cutover, commissioning, and acceptance testing. Racks arrive integrated, cabled, and labeled — we don't ship boxes and wish you luck.
Can you match a configuration to my workload?+
Yes — that's the point of the Recommended Plan page. Eight pre-engineered builds cover most deployment sizes; if none fit exactly, the Get Started form captures your requirements and we engineer a custom configuration.
Do you support what you sell?+
Every system ships with a warranty and a lifecycle plan: spares strategy, firmware baselines, expansion planning, and optional maintenance contracts with remote monitoring.
Ready to spec your system?
Tell us what you're building. An Ironline engineer — not a sales bot — responds within one business day.
